Our church walk-in refrigerator in the kitchen will be available to hold food during Mass.
Our new altar is built and ready to be installed. We will have it in place for the weekend of June 22nd and 23rd. Bishop Steven will be coming up to consecrate our new altar at the 4 pm Mass on Saturday, June 22nd. All are welcome to attend. A special thank you to Jess Yeigh for building our beautiful altar, and donors who have pledged to fund the activities of building the altar and other sanctuary furnishings.
The Diocese of Cheyenne is at a pivotal moment in history, and Bishop Steven seeking your participation. After years of visioning, consultation, and prayer, the diocese and Catholic partner organizations have embarked on a feasibility study. Each entity has identified key priorities to further the mission of Christ, which require extra financial support.

Our Lenten Parish Mission begins Monday, February 19 through Thursday, February 22. Adoration at 5:30pm with confessions. Fathers of Mercy's Fr. Jewel Aytona will begin mission talks at 6:30pm every night. Mass will be celebrated at 6:30pm on Thursday evening.

Our Thrift Store is reopening Saturday, November 4th at 9am! This best little boutique on Burkitt Street has been serving our community with the lowest prices for over 60 years. We thank all our volunteers for working so diligently over these past several weeks on moving into this new beautiful space. Please stop in to say, "hello and thank you." Bring some cash, you never know what treasure you might find while you're there, too.
Beginning October 1, we will have a bi-lingual (English-Spanish) Mass on the 1st Sunday of each month at 5pm. Due to more frequent requests for baptisms, other sacraments and traditions from our Hispanic brothers and sisters, we would like to begin reaching out to them with celebrating Mass in a language they understand, once a month. We will have a potluck meal after these monthly Masses. Everyone is welcome to join in.
Fr. Tom Ogg, pastor at Holy Name from 2000-2008 passed away August 29, 2023. Vigil service will be at St. Matthew's in Gillette on Thursday, September 7 at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be in Gillette on Friday, September 8 at 10 a.m., and burial will be in Worland at 4 p.m.
Holy Name is starting an exciting new ministry that responds to the joys, challenges, and sorrows of family life during the childbearing years. The Elizabeth Ministry’s mission is to cherish children, uplift marriage, encourage families and build community. We offer peer support, mentoring, spiritual nourishment along with educational and inspirational resources.
